Compliance with internal policies and labor regulations **JOB OFFERING** **Position:** HR Assistant **Company:** PPC OFC **Location:** Puente Aranda – Bogotá **Job Description** A reputable company is seeking an **HR Assistant**, responsible for supporting comprehensive HR department processes—including recruitment, social security, and personnel file management—ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current labor regulations. **General Responsibilities** * Management of **recruitment and personnel onboarding** (documentation, affiliations, and filing). * Management and **collection of disability claims** from EPS and relevant entities. * Maintenance and updating of resumes and personnel databases. * Support in preparing HR department reports. * Compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations. **Requirements** * Technical or technological degree in Human Resources, Talent Management, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum **1–2 years** of experience in similar positions (preferred). * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes. * Proficiency in office tools (basic to intermediate Excel). * Organizational skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: **7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.** * Saturday: **8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.** **Salary** **$2,000,000 + statutory benefits** **Contract Type** * Direct contract with the company.
