Your role will be pivotal in supporting our company’s daily administrative and financial operations by executing accounting and operational tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Process and record supplier invoices, expenses, and petty cash disbursements. * **Commission Accounting:** Calculate, record, and maintain proper accounting control of commissions in accordance with company policies. * Prepare and record cash receipts (inflows and outflows). * Manage the department’s email (e.g., invoice receipt and supplier communication). * Assist with digital/physical document filing and updating Excel reports. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical or technological degree, or currently enrolled in early semesters of Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting functions. * **Tools:** Proficiency in **Excel** (intermediate level: filters, formulas, and databases) and email management. * **Skills:** Exceptional attention to detail, organizational ability, integrity, and teamwork. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite-term employment contract with all statutory benefits. * Job stability and an excellent work environment. * Opportunity for continuous learning.
