Responsible for operating and administering Wave Manager and MyNav Guardian within the cloud migration program (AWS/Azure), ensuring proper management, quality, and traceability of project information. Guarantees that inventory, status, and tracking data for assets remain up-to-date, consistent, and aligned with official program sources. **Responsibilities** Operate and maintain updated information in Wave Manager and MyNav Guardian Load, update, and validate application, server, and program component data Ensure information consistency across tools, repositories, and technical teams Validate data quality, integrity, and completeness Track asset status within the tools Identify, report, and correct information inconsistencies or deviations Generate operational reports and metrics from the tools Support technical teams in the correct use of platforms Ensure information traceability throughout the project lifecycle Document processes, tool usage, and best practices Support audits through evidence extraction and validation Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and PMO teams to maintain aligned data **Skills:** **Tools:** Wave Manager (operation and administration) MyNav Guardian (data management and control) Excel (data handling) Power BI (basic reporting) Azure DevOps **Data Management:** Data quality control Information validation and integrity Traceability Inventory management **Cloud (AWS / Azure):** Fundamental cloud concepts General understanding of services Interpretation of technical information **Infrastructure (Desirable):** Server and application concepts Databases (fundamentals) Basic networking **Governance (Foundational):** Audit support Document control Evidence management
