We are looking for a Retail Procurement Analyst responsible for ensuring store operational continuity through effective management of services, procurement, and administrative processes. Position Objective: Serve as the key point of contact between stores, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring timely follow-up on requests and adherence to deadlines in a dynamic, high-demand environment. Main Responsibilities: *Manage procurement, renewal, and monitoring of key services (e.g., internet, background music, etc.). *Coordinate purchase orders, quotations, and supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with agreements. *Continuously monitor administrative and operational processes related to stores. *Centralize requests from multiple channels, prioritizing them based on business criticality. *Oversee contracts, documentation, inventories, and records associated with services. *Ensure agile response times for operational requests. *Support store opening processes and operational projects. *Generate management reports and performance indicator tracking reports. Requirements: *University degree in Administration or related field. *Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within retail. (Mandatory) *Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. *Experience in procurement management, contract management, and supplier follow-up.
