Optimize production processes through maintenance ### **Description** Plan, direct, and control the comprehensive preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of machinery, equipment, tools, and infrastructure at the production plant, ensuring their availability, reliability, and service life through timely execution of technical activities, efficient resource management, documentation management, supplier supervision, and compliance with safety regulations—aiming to guarantee operational continuity and optimization of production processes.### **Key Responsibilities** * \| Conduct inspections across the production plant; verify potable water supply, LPG gas supply, air compressor operation, and any anomalies affecting machinery and equipment Review technicians’ daily work minutes and complete the logbook with reported anomalies and tasks performed the previous day \| Respond to malfunctions of machinery, equipment, and tools in the production plant Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and tools in the production plant Transport, adapt, and install new and used machinery and equipment in the production plant Manage and/or perform facility repairs in offices and the production plant \| Receive purchase orders assigned to the maintenance department Request supplies and/or spare parts for the maintenance department Purchase and collect spare parts and supplies via petty cash Maintain the tool inventory Prepare technical reports to decommission production tools and equipment. \| Perform monitoring, organization, and cleaning in the chemical storage yard Inspect and test fire-fighting equipment. Sequentially inspect fire-fighting network cabinets—one different cabinet each month. Accompany LPG supply operations Complete work-at-height permits, safe job analysis forms, and fall protection equipment checklists Supervise maintenance contractors operating in the production plant \| Organize, scan, and archive technical reports from maintenance contractors Organize physical folders and digital documentation related to maintenance department operations Consolidate data and complete maintenance performance indicator tables: machine downtime, breakdowns vs. operating hours, and utility services \| Prepare equipment history sheets for new and used machinery, equipment, and tools.
