Growth opportunity in an expanding company Opportunity: Dispatcher for a delivery company in Florida, USA WeKnock, a last-mile delivery company headquartered in Florida (USA) with operations across 5 cities, is looking for a bilingual Dispatcher to join our remote team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, passionate about logistics operations, and possess excellent communication skills, we want to meet you! Position Details Position: Dispatcher / Operations Dispatcher Work Mode: 100% remote from Colombia Contract Type: Service agreement (independent contractor) Compensation: COP $2,800,000 – $3,200,000 per month (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday + one weekend day (with one weekday off). Working hours in GMT-5 time zone (same as Colombia and US Eastern Time) Language: English level B2 (mandatory; will be assessed during the interview) Responsibilities Provide excellent customer and driver (driver) support for US operations. Maintain constant communication with drivers and supervisors via phone, chat, and internal platform. Resolve delivery incidents in real time: delays, route changes, customer issues, operational failures. Coordinate and optimize order and route assignments to maximize operational efficiency. Support shift handovers and maintain clear logs for the next dispatcher. Essential Requirements Proven English level B2 (fluent conversational, written, and spoken). Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, operational support, or dispatcher roles. Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with digital tools: Google Workspace, spreadsheets, operational chat platforms (WhatsApp Business, Slack), order management systems. Personal computer with strong performance (minimum 8 GB RAM, i5 processor or equivalent). Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum recommended speed: 50 Mbps; wired connection preferred). Quality headphones with microphone for calls. Quiet, interruption-free workspace. Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory) Prior experience with delivery, last-mile, logistics, or transportation companies. Experience working for US-based or international companies. Familiarity with platforms such as Uber, Rappi, DoorDash, Postmates, Onfleet, Bringg, or similar. Analytical ability to interpret operational data. Important Contract Information This position is governed by a service agreement (not an employment contract). The contractor is responsible for: Paying their own social security (health, pension, and occupational risk insurance) via PILA. Providing their own computing equipment and internet connection.
