Job Summary: We are seeking a Printer Technical Support Specialist to ensure optimal operation and preventive maintenance of printing equipment, managing supplies and SLAs. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-site and remote technical support for printing equipment. 2. Preventive maintenance management and supply of consumables. 3. Compliance with service agreements and generation of reports. We Are Hiring! | At RicohColombia, we are looking for a Printer Technical Support Specialist. Technical or technological degree in systems, electronics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience providing on-site and remote support for printing equipment, printer configuration, jam resolution, toner replacement, and familiarity with helpdesk management tools and remote support software—ServiceNow or Aranda is desirable. What Will You Do? Periodically verify the status of machines and request technical maintenance when required to ensure their optimal condition. Verify compliance with the preventive maintenance plan for machines according to service level agreements, ensuring proper usage. Timely manage supply requests as stipulated in contracts, ensuring receipt thereof. Maintain adequate stock levels of supplies (toner and paper). Ensure compliance with agreed-upon SLAs with clients by proactively managing the service backlog. Perform meter readings on scheduled dates for billing purposes, ensuring delivery of the report to Ricoh’s billing department. Ensure rational use of work consumables. Track preventive or corrective maintenance requests, ensuring adherence to service agreements. Generate client-requested reports or documentation specified in the contract. · Requirements: Technical or technological degree in systems, electronics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience providing on-site and remote support for printing equipment, including printer configuration. Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and weekends as per on-site availability schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime and surcharge compensation.
