Learn more at experianplc.com. **Job Description** **Job description** **Purpose of the Role:** The BD is the person responsible for leading comprehensive understanding and analysis of our customers’ needs in alignment with their strategic plan, market opportunities, trends and threats, growth objectives, cost constraints, and internal digital transformation and business expansion initiatives. **Deliverables:** * Structure plans enabling support to customers in achieving their goals through Experian’s portfolio of products and services * Develop an engagement and monitoring plan to ensure customers’ investment in Experian’s products delivers positive business impact * Develop business jointly with the commercial team to maximize value for both Experian and customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Position a differentiated value proposition based on strategic vision and market knowledge * Understand the business of each assigned customer: their needs, plans, and environment * Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with our customers through adoption of Experian’s value proposition * Gain deep knowledge of the solution portfolio applicable to customers across all stages of their business lifecycle, with emphasis on innovation products, digital portfolio, analytics, consulting, platforms, and specialized products that strengthen customer loyalty * Determine, according to the customer’s business maturity level, the solutions that can generate the highest value * Structure, document, and validate short- and medium-term customer development plans * Quantify the impact of Experian solutions against customer outcomes through business cases enabling the purchase decision process to be framed by quantitative information on return on investment, cost savings, market share growth, or improvements in customer experience * Structure solution proposals (Ad hoc, Bids, and Comprehensive Solution Offers) in collaboration with Commercial, Consulting, Product, and Finance teams to ensure initiative profitability while meeting customer needs and expectations * Identify key stages of the Customer Journey for each assigned entity that could be transformed using Experian solutions * Understand customer requirements and gather documentation required for solution development and implementation. Track delivery dates for testing and production go-live. Once live, support is provided by Experian’s service and support teams to monitor proper functionality **Qualifications** **Education:** Industrial Engineer, Systems Engineer, Economist, Business Administrator, or related field. Specialization in Management, Finance, or Credit Risk. **Experience:** 2\-4 years in related roles within financial services, telecommunications, or insurance sectors, or in pre-sales roles for software and consulting solutions.
