Position Summary: This role involves coordinating and supporting import and export operations, managing bookings and financial control of operations. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and support for import and export operations. 2. Booking management with shipping lines, airlines, and land transportation carriers. 3. Financial control and processing of shipping instructions. **Responsibilities** * Receive and process shipping instructions generated by the commercial department and management. * Provide shipment status updates to customers according to the notification procedure. * Collect supporting documents and invoices from suppliers to perform financial control of the business. * Arrange bookings with shipping lines, airlines, and land transportation carriers to execute operations. * Register bills of lading (BLs) in Muisca. * Transfer settlement documents and supporting files for each DO to the billing department to proceed with invoicing within agreed timelines. **Requirements** * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in this position. * Technical, technological, or university degree in international trade, international business, or related fields. * Knowledge of coordination and support for import and export operations, and familiarity with logistics processes.
