




Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Analyst to create, design, and adjust organizational processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with our integrated management system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organizational process design and optimization 2. Process documentation generation and efficiency analysis 3. Support in change management and process automation We are looking for a Process Analyst responsible for creating, designing, and/or adjusting various organizational processes in accordance with company parameters to ensure updated and descriptive documentation of the company’s operational methods, complying with our integrated management system. * Collect required information on current and future processes according to the organization’s defined process design, modeling, and implementation procedures * Conduct process efficiency analysis, identifying processes suitable for automation * Generate required documentation at the process, subprocess, procedure, instruction, and other levels necessary for implementing new processes * Code documents into the company’s document repository * Provide support in change management related to the implementation of new processes **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields **Experience:** One year of experience in process elicitation, modeling, and optimization within information system implementation projects (preferably in facilities management service companies, food production centers, and/or manufacturing). Experience in standardization and/or normalization processes aimed at continuous improvement. Proficiency in productivity indicators and process-based management. Audit experience. Participation in the implementation of ERP-, SCM-oriented technological platforms or specialized solutions for cost/inventory management. Involvement in digital transformation or process automation projects. Addressing audit findings and defining corrective action plans for operational processes. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is ideal.
