**Job Mission and General Purpose** Ensure the proper execution of audit processes and compliance with quality standards at all critical points in the production process. The role's mission is to lead the audit team, proactively manage claims and non-conformities, and guarantee that products meet established technical and aesthetic requirements to maintain customer satisfaction. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** 1\. Leadership and coordination of the audit team: supervise and coordinate the Quality audit team, ensuring compliance with the audit schedule and resolving operational questions. 2\. Management of claims and returns: receive and analyze complaints from the Customer Service department, determining causes, responsible parties, and claim validity. Define and implement corrective actions (replacements, repairs, etc.) and issue formal responses. 3\. Planning and execution of audits: design and update the audit schedule. Conduct specific audits at critical points such as cutting, materials, and garment assembly in workshops. 4\. Receiving and evaluating finished products: physically inspect finished garments entering the warehouse, classifying them (approved, rework, rejected) and reporting observations. 5\. Definition of counter-samples and patterns: approve counter-samples, patterns, and technical sheets to be sent to workshops, and verify that delivered products comply with planned specifications. 6\. Managing workshop issues: analyze reports of quality problems in workshops and directly coordinate solutions and timely corrective actions with them. 7\. Compliance with strategies: supervise the implementation of Quality department strategies and protocols, generating alerts and tracking commitments. 8\. Workshop and production follow-up: coordinate with the production coordinator the dispatch and return of audited garments, including quality deviation reports and requests for corrective actions to workshops. Follow up on reworks and verify their completion before shipment, keeping the workshop performance record updated. 9\. Other duties assigned according to company needs. **Job Requirements** * *Education:* Technologist or Professional in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Industrial Garment Production, or related fields. Technical profiles with extensive experience and leadership skills will also be considered. * *Experience:* Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles within the textile or garment industry. Specific experience coordinating quality control or managing audit teams in garment production, preferably with external workshops. *Specific Knowledge:* * Technical knowledge of textile processes (garment assembly, cutting, finishing). * Proficiency with technical specifications and measurement systems. * Experience applying sampling methods (preferably AQL). * Proficiency with digital control tools (spreadsheets for scheduling, control forms). * Ability to document findings and prepare reports. *Skills and Competencies:* * Leadership and team management: ability to coordinate teams and resolve conflicts. * Organization and discipline: ability to design and follow audit schedules. * Analytical thinking: ability to identify causes, responsible parties, and validity of claims. * Assertive communication: ability to negotiate solutions and communicate findings to workshops and management. * Attention to detail: thoroughness in visual and tactile inspection of garments. **Working Conditions** * Work environment: Mixed (office work at CEDI and frequent visits to external workshops). * Salary: $4,000,000 to $4,400,000 * Physical effort: Moderate, involving product inspection and movement. * Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am \- 4:00 pm / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Travel: Frequent visits to external workshops are required for support and auditing.
