We are currently seeking a **Support Leader.** **Requirements:** Professional in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading technical support teams. **Work Modality:** Hybrid, mostly remote. Working hours Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm / Phone availability required. **Compensation:** Base salary COP $6,000,000 + $700,000 performance bonus. **Contract Type:** Indefinite term **Desirable Courses or Certifications:** ISO 27001, ITSM, Customer Service, Leadership, HubSpot, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, PowerBI, RPA. **Job Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise the support team (Helpdesk), ensuring service level compliance. * Administer the budget and resources assigned to the support department. * Recruit, train, and provide continuous coaching to team members. * Define, document, and optimize technical support processes and procedures. * Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and third parties related to support services. * Monitor customer satisfaction and lead initiatives to improve customer experience. * Prepare and present periodic reports on team productivity and performance. * Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance products, services, and tools. * Develop continuous improvement strategies, problem analysis, and action plans.
