Job Summary: We are seeking a security professional to protect personnel, property, and facilities by managing entry/exit access and supporting logistics processes and operational audits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personnel, property, and facility protection in logistics environments. 2. Access control, security patrols, and incident management. 3. Support for logistics processes and operational audits. Requirements: · Education: High School Diploma / Technical Certificate Education: High School Diploma or Technical Certificate in integrated security, police service, military sciences, or related fields, with a valid surveillance course (mandatory) Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent and certified experience in the security field, preferably in logistics environments, distribution centers, or warehouses. Proficiency in office software, integrated security protocols, fixed asset management, and quality management systems. · Responsibilities: Report detected control failures and collaborate in implementing timely measures to ensure personnel, property, and facility safety. Maintain meticulous records of warehouse staff upon entry and exit. Conduct sporadic patrols in warehouse and administrative areas. Control the entry and exit of goods (receiving and delivery). Support logistics processes related to operational security. Respond to security and emergency events, ensuring actions comply with established protocols. Conduct control audits on operational processes to ensure the organization’s logistics flow remains appropriate. Record any incidents or unusual activities occurring during the shift, ensuring proper documentation in accordance with established protocols. · Working Conditions: Contract Type: Project-based or Labor Contract Schedule: Monday to Saturday (rotating 8-hour shifts with availability for overtime). Salary: $1,750,905 + $249,095 Transportation Allowance + $150,000 Bonus + Statutory Benefits.
