Job Summary: We are seeking an Internal Maintenance Assistant with experience in repairs, plumbing, tool usage, painting, and gardening to ensure optimal facility operation. Key Highlights: 1. Position: Internal Maintenance Assistant Salary: $1.705.095 + Non-statutory bonus of $200,000 to $300,000 (depending on experience) + Statutory benefits Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM); the candidate must reside on company premises. Overnight stay: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Work Location: Autopista Norte Events Center (with availability to reside on-site) We need someone capable of handling diverse maintenance tasks, ranging from minor repairs to more complex projects. Your ability to work with hand and power tools will be essential to ensuring all company areas operate optimally. Key responsibilities: You must be able to perform repairs and maintenance on water and drainage systems. Additionally, your painting experience will help maintain a visually appealing and safe environment. Do not forget that gardening is also part of your responsibilities, as you will contribute to maintaining green spaces.
