Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to record transactions, prepare vouchers, manage accounts, provide tax and financial support, and operate accounting systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting transaction recording and voucher handling 2. Accounts payable and receivable control, and bank reconciliations 3. Tax calculation support and report preparation A leading company in the sector is seeking an **Accounting Assistant**. **Requirements:** * Technical or technological degree in accounting-related fields * Minimum 1 year of certified experience in similar roles * Age between 28 and 40 years **Responsibilities:** * Recording of accounting transactions (revenues, expenses, purchases, sales). * Preparation and handling of vouchers (invoices, receipts, accounting notes). * Filing and organization of accounting and financial documents. * Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Follow-up with clients and suppliers. * Bank reconciliations (verifying that records match bank statements). * Collection of information for tax filings. * Support in tax calculations. * Support for DIAN and DISTRICTAL external reporting * Support for DANE surveys * Verification of invoicing compliance with tax regulations (DIAN vs. Accounting) * Preparation of basic financial reports. * Support in preparing balance sheets and income statements. * Basic analysis of expenses and revenues. * Use of software such as Microsoft Office and accounting programs. * Data entry of accounting information into systems. * Support during internal or external audits. * Petty cash management. * Payroll preparation and social security reconciliation. * Compliance with accounting and legal regulations. **Conditions:** * Salary: 2,750,000 + statutory social benefits * Direct employment contract with the company * Fixed-term contract for 3 months, extendable * Biweekly payments If you meet the profile and are interested, apply and we will contact you.
