




Job Description Position Summary The KLG Admission Manager oversees the daily operations of the admissions team in Bogotá, ensuring effective communication with customers and internal departments, maintaining service excellence, and aligning team performance with company goals. Key job responsibilities include, but not limited to:* Lead, supervise, and motivate the admissions team and team leads. * Review and adjust KPIs to drive performance and engagement. * Collaborate with directors and stakeholders to set revenue and enrollment targets. * Manage team schedules, holidays, and workloads. * Ensure compliance with inclusion and non\-discrimination policies. * Provide regular performance updates in management meetings. * Organize and deliver staff training. * Oversee customer service quality and handle escalations. * Maintain and analyze reports using Salesforce Lightning, CLASS, XLR, and Power BI. * Monitor enrollments, arrivals, cancellations, and visa processes. * Coordinate with Operations and Compliance to ensure process consistency. * Support strategic planning and budget management. * Other duties as assigned. Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. * 3\+ years in sales and 1\+ year of international experience. * Excellent communication skills and English level B2 or above. * Strong organizational and analytical abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and deliver results. * 100% on site \- Bogotá Preferred:* Additional language skills and experience in education or admissions management.
