Key Responsibilities* Advise and support students and their families on study options, accommodation, and the enrolment process. * Apply effective communication and sales techniques to help applicants accept their offers. * Achieve and exceed enrolment and conversion targets. * Collaborate with regional teams and visa advisors to ensure a smooth onboarding process. * Record and maintain accurate communication details in * Salesforce CRM. Requirements* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. * Proven experience in sales or customer service, meeting team and individual goals. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. * Excellent organizational and time\-management skills, with strong attention to detail. * Empathetic, patient, and solution\-oriented mindset. * Ability to work independently and handle pressure in peak periods. * Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed. Preferred Qualifications* Experience using Salesforce CRM. * Background as an international student or experience in the education sector. * Knowledge of UK or US visa processes.
