Key responsibilities include: * Issue invoices according to contracts and commercial agreements. * Monitor accounts receivable status and manage payment reminders. * Perform revenue and collections reconciliations. * Maintain communication with clients regarding billing and payments. * Prepare reports, calculate KPIs (PMC), and generate accounts receivable aging reports. * Support the accounting close process with revenue-related information. * Other duties related to the position. Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting. * Proficiency in SIIGO accounting software (Mandatory). * Knowledge of billing processes and order reconciliation (Mandatory). * Understanding of general accounting accruals. * Intermediate Excel skills. Desirable: * Experience in digital and/or advertising sector companies. * Experience managing financial ERP systems.
