**Credicorp Capital** invites you to Turn Challenges into Opportunities and become our next **Fixed Income Associate.** ***Mission:*** The mission of this position is to close fixed income transactions for Corporate Segment clients, generate revenue from the marketing of fixed income securities, support the sales force by training commercial managers and clients, conduct periodic investment committees with investment portfolio clients, and generate value-added ideas. ***Responsibilities:*** * Serve Corporate Segment clients. * Train clients. * Generate business ideas and present them to clients. * Train commercial managers. * Contribute to the analysis and development of FI ideas. * Record transactions and confirmations. * Structure investment strategies. * Conduct investment committees. ***Requirements:*** * Professional degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields. * Three years of experience in similar positions, managing fixed income and commercial portfolios. * Advanced Excel skills. * Proficiency in Bloomberg – Financial calculator – Master trader. * Knowledge: Business dynamics. Ability to structure fixed income investment strategies.
