




**Partnership Management Executive (Full\-Time) — Colombia** **Location:** Colombia (must be based in Colombia) **Experience:** 3–4 years **Function:** Sales \& Partnership Management (B2B) **About the Role** We are looking for a proactive and driven **Partnership Management Executive** to develop, manage, and grow our network of partners. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B experience, excellent relationship\-building skills, and the ability to identify and onboard new partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify, approach, and onboard new partners to expand our business network * Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners * Conduct regular partner meetings (virtual and in\-person) across Colombia * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and engagement * Track partner performance and ensure alignment with business goals * Support partner\-related initiatives, campaigns, and growth activities **Requirements** * 3–4 years of experience in **B2B sales or partnership management** * Proven experience in acquiring and managing business partners * Strong communication and relationship\-building skills * Ability to work independently and travel to meet partners when required * Based in **Colombia** * Fluent in English and/or Spanish (as applicable) **What We Offer** * Full\-time role * Opportunity to work with a growing and dynamic team * Competitive compensation and growth opportunities Job Type: Full\-time
