This position may use heavy machinery to perform tasks. This position performs other duties as assigned. **Responsibilities:** Receive, inspect, and store incoming products. Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition, and complete related paperwork. Pick orders and select products from appropriate locations. Verify accuracy of picked orders. Prepare and safely pack products. Arrange shipment pickups, contact carriers, and coordinate schedules. Handle products and perform tasks in accordance with customer procedures and governmental and compliance regulations. Palletize boxes, wrap, and load pallets onto trailers. Create shipping labels and other documents for packages to maintain accurate shipping data in the warehouse management system. Safely operate various electric equipment. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate service-related matters to the supervisor. **Requirements:** High school diploma Warehouse experience: preferred.
