This role plays a key part in enabling digital capabilities across the organization through system admin and platform configuration, automation support, data insights, documentation, and user training. The analyst will work closely with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes, optimize digital experiences, and drive continuous improvement. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Configure, maintain, and optimize digital platforms by managing user accounts, permissions, system settings, templates, and overall platform configurations. * Support, develop and implement workflow automations (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps). * Find opportunities to streamline digital processes and support the testing and deployment of automation improvements. * Review and adjust platform and system\-wide settings to support operational needs. * Serve as the first escalation point for platform issues, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting system incidents and their resolutions. * Monitor and report platform usage, performance metrics, system functionality, and analytical indicators. * Develop and maintain SOPs, guides, templates, and configuration documentation. * Deliver training sessions and onboarding support for users and teams. * Communicate new features, improvements, and best practices to drive user adoption, while regularly reviewing access rights, ensuring security standards, and maintaining accurate records of all platform changes. * Stay ahead of platform improvements and digital trends. ### **Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. ### **Experience and Skills:** **Required:** * Experience managing or supporting digital platforms or enterprise systems.
