The ideal candidate will play an active role in establishing and enhancing our Scrum team and software development best practices. **Responsibilities** * Gather and analyze project requirements * Provide guidance on creating an efficient Scrum team * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvements within the team * Implement functionalities using the TypeScript, Next.js, and NestJS tech stack * Ensure coding standards, documentation, and designs meets business needs * Mentor team members and foster a collaborative team environment * Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion * Assist in architecture design and review of solutions * Manage code reviews and set technical direction for the team * Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability **Requirements** * Proficiency in Next.js, ReactJS, and TypeScript with 5\+ years of working experience * Background in leading a full\-stack development team * Expertise in implementing Scrum methodologies * Skills in conducting code reviews and architectural decision\-making * Familiarity with Agile frameworks and project management tools * Excellent troubleshooting and problem\-solving abilities * Strong leadership and communication skills **Nice to have** * Experience with Contentful * Understanding of NestJS * Competency in Node.js * Flexibility to use Storybook in projects * Capability to optimize front\-end performance
