Location: Fontibón Requirements: * Professional or Technologist in Food Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in food production plants. * Knowledge of quality and food safety regulations (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, among others). * Proficiency in office tools and quality management software. * Ability to perform sampling, in-process controls, physicochemical analyses (viscosity, acidity, pH, density), and microbiological analyses. * Attention to detail, critical analysis skills, and ability to work effectively in a team. Main Responsibilities: * Plant release, process control, and product release. * Handling of returns. * Analysis of QMS indicators. * Verification of compliance with quality standards for raw materials, processes, and finished products. * Conducting on-site quality controls and ensuring GMP compliance. * Documenting and tracking non-conformities and corrective action plans. * Supporting internal and external quality management system audits. * Participating in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
