Position Summary: A leading technology company is seeking an On-Site Support Technician to provide preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for computer equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and POS operating systems A prominent technology services company, specializing in technical support, is currently seeking an On-Site Support Technician with the following requirements: * Graduated Technician or Technologist in Systems, Electronics, Networks, Informatics, or related fields. * Minimum of TWO (2) years of experience in technical support services, preferably for computers and their peripherals. * Knowledge of peripheral devices such as scanners, scales, price verifiers, and POS systems; proficiency in basic Linux commands; installation of Windows and Linux operating systems; configuration and management of PDAs; domain-based equipment installation; calibration of Zebra, Magellan, Mettler Toledo, and 3nstar devices; preventive, predictive, and corrective diagnosis and maintenance of computer equipment; printer repair and maintenance; knowledge of operating systems and backup procedures; computer equipment setup; configuration and installation of new applications; expertise in migrating systems from Windows 7 to Windows 10; and preparation of required management reports for each client. POS SYSTEMS KNOWLEDGE IS MANDATORY. Conditions: Work Location: TOCANCIPÁ and neighboring municipalities (WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL); 100% on-site work.
