**Position Name** Pulper Operator **About the role:** Load raw materials according to established process standards, as well as perform cleaning routines on reject equipment to ensure basic functionality, all under the TPM methodology. **What you will do:** * Load raw materials according to formulations established for each paper grade, following the procedures defined for this operation. * Perform corresponding analyses on process samples according to implemented methods or procedures, adhering to established frequencies. * Report any incident or deviation from the process immediately to your direct supervisor. * Implement policies and measures defined by the organization, as well as those standards required to meet quality, occupational health and safety, supply chain security, environmental protection, and other requirements established in legislation, internal regulations, standards, certifications, and applicable best practices. * Accurately complete assigned forms with observations and/or measurements related to assigned responsibilities. * Carry out replacements as assigned by your direct supervisor according to operational needs. * Comply with company-established rules and procedures. * Meet quality, safety, productivity, and welfare standards. * Perform assigned cleaning routines according to process requirements. * Fulfill all duties or instructions related to the position or area assigned by the immediate supervisor according to process and/or company needs. * Ensure the proper care and use of company assets. **Who we are looking for:** * **Education:** Professional technician in mechanical, electromechanical, electronics, chemical, production engineering, or fields related to manufacturing. * **Experience:** 6 months in production processes. * **Basic knowledge:** MS Office suite, information systems.
