Mission: Provide advisory services and generate effective sales with existing and new clients in order to meet department objectives and drive company growth. ACADEMIC BACKGROUND: Technician or Technologist in business administration, commercial management, or eighth-semester student in professional programs such as Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields relevant to the position. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum (02) two years in the role, with experience in LPG, retail sales, and customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Meet monthly and annual sales budgets. * Identify and analyze market needs in order to encourage and increase the use of LPG and enhance presence across different zones or territories. * Support the development and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns and strategies to strengthen company recognition. * Identify and contact potential clients through various channels, present the product portfolio, and negotiate sale terms and conditions. * Ensure maintenance of current clients by developing and executing commercial proposals to guarantee long-term loyalty and satisfaction. * Maintain constant communication and schedule client visits to provide appropriate after-sales service and resolve any issues or concerns. * Monitor and manage the portfolio of various clients and ensure agreements or payment schedules. * Promptly communicate customer inquiries to the Customer Service department (PQRS). * Organize and maintain electronic and physical department files according to category and established regulations. * Submit periodic reports and any other reports requested by the Commercial Management.
