Join Our Team and Boost Your Career** We are currently seeking, for our company Greenshell Packaging, a highly motivated Electromechanical or Mechatronic professional with experience in the field to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of our equipment and facilities, ensuring their optimal operation in our company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of industrial packaging. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery. \- Diagnose failures and carry out repairs on electromechanical systems. \- Perform maintenance on the plant’s electrical and mechanical systems. \- Ensure compliance with safety procedures during maintenance activities. \- Monitor equipment operation, detecting potential failures before they occur. \- Collaborate in improving maintenance processes by implementing new methodologies and technologies. \- Maintain accurate records of interventions performed, ensuring traceability of repairs according to the maintenance schedule. Control and monitoring of process inventory **Requirements:** \- Professional degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related fields \- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector with automated production lines. \- Solid knowledge of machinery maintenance, electromechanical equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. \- Knowledge of interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings. \- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems. \- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and proper use of tools. **We Offer:** Salary to be agreed upon Direct employment contract with the company for one year, with possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract.
