We seek a committed, responsible individual with willingness to work on-site. Required Profile High school diploma (technical training in construction or related fields is desirable). Minimum 1 year of experience in civil works, construction, or infrastructure. Basic knowledge of construction processes, and use of hand and electric tools. Understanding and application of occupational health and safety regulations. Main Responsibilities: Assist in gray structure and finishing activities according to instructions from the site supervisor or foreman. Support in painting, plastering, drywall installation, and more. Load, unload, and organize materials. Prepare mixtures and assist in masonry, concrete pouring, and leveling activities. Maintain order and cleanliness at the worksite. Comply with industrial safety protocols established for the project.
