Job Summary: We are seeking detail-oriented and committed operational staff for the manufacturing of prefabricated components, including reading blueprints and performing final finishes. Your role will be fundamental in manufacturing high-quality components, performing the following duties: Reading and interpreting technical drawings Steel tying and shaping Assembly of metallic or concrete structures Formwork installation and removal Cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of formwork systems Execution of finishing touches and final finishes Compliance with quality and productivity standards Proper use of hand tools and work equipment Compliance with industrial safety regulations and use of PPE What we offer: - Monthly salary: $1.754.447 - Benefits: All statutory benefits + transportation allowance. - Schedule: Monday to Saturday. - Stability: Formal employment contract meeting all legal requirements.
