We are looking for dynamic and committed Technological Media Operators to work in the banking sector. Responsibilities: Monitor and manage security cameras, alarms, and access control systems. Proactively detect and report any anomalous or risky situations. Coordinate real-time actions with the security team and field personnel. Prepare detailed reports on incidents and updates. Ensure operational functionality of assigned technological equipment. Requirements: Experience: minimum 6 months as a TMO (Technological Media Operator). Valid TMO certification course. Residence in Tocancipá or neighboring municipalities (Zipaquirá, Gachancipá, Sopó, etc.). This requirement is essential. High school diploma and/or technical degree. Conditions: Shifts: 12-hour shifts following a 2x2x2 rotation pattern. Fixed-term contract. Average salary: $3,000,000.
