




Job Summary: The Quality Technician oversees R&D and engineering projects, manages non-conformities, audits processes, and evaluates suppliers to ensure and improve quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure and improve the established quality and safety standards. 2. Analyze risks and generate information for decision-making. 3. Conduct ongoing audits of processes and visits to third parties. Quality Technician Support R&D and engineering projects by analyzing risks and generating information for decision-making. Identify, locate, and manage the disposition of non-conformities according to risk level, communicating and following up on the effectiveness of corrective action plans. Conduct ongoing audits of processes in material warehouses, production lines, finished products, and customer sites to ensure and improve the established quality and safety standards. Perform visits to third parties, suppliers, customers, and other companies to evaluate improvement proposals or non-conformities against quality requirements. All activities and duties assigned by supervisors and, in general, employer representatives. EDUCATION LEVEL: Technical, technological, or professional degree. EDUCATION: Industrial Technology, Chemistry, Production Technology, or other technologies related to Brinsa’s production processes. MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3 years. SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE IN: Conducting inspections using sampling tools. Handling measurement instruments. Data analysis and report preparation. Interpretation of technical information (drawings, technical data sheets, color charts, artwork). Root cause analysis and investigation for problem resolution. Participation in continuous improvement initiatives. Management of performance indicators.
