Job Summary: We are seeking a Treasury Analyst with accounting knowledge to manage banking transactions, account balances, financial reporting, and accounts receivable monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Daily consultation of bank balances and submission of reports to the Administrative & Financial Management. Preparation and submission for approval by the Administrative & Financial Management of the following reports: customer accounts receivable; customer retention guarantees; updated report on the company’s banking obligations. Maintaining the department’s general file in strict order. Reviewing accounts receivable and submitting a weekly report on: monitoring and scheduling of customer payments related to invoicing and retention guarantees. Making follow-up calls to customers to reconcile accounts receivable. Recording customer payments received in the accounting system for: advances, invoicing, and retention guarantees. Recording amortizations and tax discounts applied by customers on each invoice in the accounting system to ensure no open items remain. Obtaining prior approval (Vo.Bo.) from the Accounting Coordinator and final approval from the Administrative & Financial Management for all treasury-related entries. Supporting the Administrative & Financial Management in tasks required during the accounting process. Gathering required information for loan applications with banking institutions. Accrual of advance legalizations. Monitoring company import activities.
