




We are looking for a **Purchasing and Administrative Assistant** with experience in the construction sector or related fields, to support procurement, tracking, and control processes for materials and supplies, as well as administrative tasks related to the area. **Requirements:** * Academic background: Technical or technologist degree in administrative, logistics, commerce, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction sector. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Office tools (Excel, Word)**. * Soft skills: **Organization, effective communication, and teamwork**. **Main responsibilities:** * Request and manage supplier quotations. * Prepare purchase orders and follow up on their approval. * Coordinate material deliveries at construction sites, ensuring compliance with timelines and quantities. * Track supplier payments in coordination with the accounting department. * Maintain an updated database of suppliers and products. * Assist in preparing purchasing reports and cost analysis. * Support administrative tasks such as filing, document control, and internal process support. * Ensure compliance with internal procurement and administrative procedures.
