A nationwide freight transportation company is seeking a technology technologist or professional / Systems Engineer or related field to fill the position of Technology Analyst with 2 years of specific experience and knowledge in: \- Provide support to internal users (diagnosis, incident resolution, installation and maintenance of equipment, networks and communications). \- Plan, organize, establish and maintain information systems and computing equipment in operation. \- Administer technological infrastructure and information security (VPN, LAN/WAN, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365/SharePoint, iOS), etc. \- Control inventory and technological assets, coordinate maintenance, and support procurement processes. \- Prepare reports, manage support contracts, and participate in technological improvement projects. \- Knowledge of FIREWALL \- SERVERS \- VPN Competencies: \- Active listening \- Resilience \- Assertive communication \- Interpersonal relationships \- Conciliation \- Service orientation We offer an indefinite-term contract.
