Tool handling and compliance with safety regulations A leading construction sector company requires personnel to perform the role of Construction Assistant, with experience in operational support for civil projects and building construction. We seek a committed, responsible individual with willingness to work on-site. Required Profile High school diploma (technical training in construction or related fields is desirable). Minimum 1 year of experience in civil works, building construction, or infrastructure. Basic knowledge of construction processes, manual and electric tool handling. Understanding and application of occupational health and safety regulations. Main Responsibilities: Assist in structural work and finishing activities according to instructions from the site supervisor or foreman. Support in painting, plastering, stucco work, and more. Load, unload, and organize materials. Prepare mixtures and assist in masonry, pouring, and leveling activities. Maintain order and cleanliness at the worksite. Comply with industrial safety protocols established for the project.
