Talent is being sought to join the Indra Group team. We are looking for an Asset Support Analyst ready to join our mission, with at least 1 year of proven experience in the requested role. We seek individuals who share our values: Leadership Flexibility Reliability Focus Responsibilities: Support regional technology asset warehouse management, controlling incoming, outgoing, and basic inventory movements. Manage equipment delivery and collection records, ensuring documentation in assigned tools. Support inventory audits and physical reviews, reporting inconsistencies or orphaned assets. Update system records regarding equipment under repair, assets in transit, and warehouse movements. Log and resolve incidents in the customer management tool, meeting service-level indicators, documenting root causes and resolutions per ITIL v3+ or agile methodologies. Requirements: Technical or technological education in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience providing on-site technical support or asset support. Knowledge of: Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and ITIL v3+ or similar methodologies.
