Relevant experience in the public or private sector Construction Supervisor – EDU Project **Minimum Position Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Civil Construction, Architectural Constructor, or Construction in Architecture and Engineering. * Valid professional license duly registered. A copy of the professional license and a current validity certificate issued by the competent authority at the time of application. * **General Experience:** At least five (5) years of general experience, counted strictly and exclusively from the date of issuance of the professional license. *(Note: Postgraduate or advanced studies are not accepted as equivalent experience.)* * **Specific Experience:** At least three (3) years of accumulated specific experience as Site Manager, Construction Supervisor, or Construction Inspector in the public or private sector. Demonstrable through a maximum of five (5) contracts whose scope or purpose included civil works in public or private buildings (cumulatively meeting the required 3 years).
