Job Summary: We are seeking a Technician or Technologist in IT to maintain and document information systems, manage requests, and contribute to the department's objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain and document information systems 2. Receive and register requests, understanding business requirements 3. Manage documentation and solutions to ensure knowledge transfer A national service company requires a Technician or Technologist in computer science or related fields for its IT team, with a minimum of one (1) year of experience, to perform the following duties: - Receive and register requests. - Gather and understand business requirements. - Perform maintenance of information systems according to process requirements. - Document system versions and updates. - Manage documentation, reports, and solutions to ensure knowledge transfer. - Contribute to achieving departmental objectives through efficient execution of assigned responsibilities.
