You will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring the infrastructure and furniture remain in good condition. Main Responsibilities: Civil works (patching, painting, tiling, local repairs). Plumbing. Corrective maintenance of hospital furniture. Timely response to incidents and technical requests. Candidate Profile Skilled construction worker or assistant. Respectful person with courteous interpersonal skills. Minimum 2 years of certified experience in facility maintenance. Receptive to instructions and feedback. Proactive and willing to learn. Responsible, punctual, and committed to service. Working Conditions Rotating shifts (Sunday to Sunday). Salary: $2,100,000 + transportation allowance + non-salary bonus of $100,000. Job stability. Collaborative work environment.
