We seek a Procurement Leader/Coordinator who wants to make a difference in the efficiency of our processes and the satisfaction of our internal and external customers. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? Ensure procurement processes run smoothly and efficiently. Respond promptly to requests for parts and spare parts, coordinating with suppliers and internal customers. Prepare monthly reports and monitor key performance indicators for the department. Review, register, and select domestic invoices for timely payments. Coordinate shipments of spare parts, equipment, and samples among branches, suppliers, and external workshops. Manage inventories and ensure each branch submits its invoices to accounting to avoid delays in financial closing. Collaborate on other procurement- and logistics-related activities. What we are looking for: Education in procurement-related fields, preferably with a technological focus. Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of inventory management, supplier management, and billing processes. Organizational skills, clear communication, and teamwork. Proactivity and results-oriented mindset.
