Job stability within a structured industrial operation Multi-skilled Machining Assistant / Lathe Operator position for a metal-mechanical company located in Sabaneta, La Estrella Station area. We seek a technically skilled candidate with at least three years of experience as a lathe operator, knowledge of part machining, conventional lathe operation, presses, blueprint interpretation, calibration, and application of fits and tolerances. This is a key position within the operation, as it directly impacts the quality and precision of manufactured parts. The company offers a fixed-term contract for 6 months, renewable; a salary of $2,700,000; working hours from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday until 4:00 p.m., plus benefits such as a loan equivalent to 30% of the salary.
