Job Summary: We are seeking operational staff with commitment and physical stamina for production tasks and handling of recyclable materials on rotating shifts. Key Highlights: 1. Accurate recording of material inventories We seek operational staff with high physical stamina, commitment, and ability to work in production and material handling environments. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). A motorcycle is required for easy access to the industrial zone; the company does not provide transportation services. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure proper branding protection of waste. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory surcharges + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 AM–2 PM / 2 PM–10 PM / 10 PM–6 AM). The company does not provide transportation; personal transportation is essential.
