Support comprehensive management of the human talent area An allied company is seeking a Human Resources Technologist with one (1) year of experience in personnel well-being and human resources management. Mission: Coordinate and strengthen human talent management by implementing strategies related to well-being, communication, and organizational development, promoting employee commitment, satisfaction, and sense of belonging. · Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate organizational activities and events, encouraging participation and strengthening the work environment. Identify employee needs and structure the annual well-being plan aligned with organizational objectives. Promote respectful treatment, internal communication, and a sense of belonging within the organization. Measure the effectiveness of well-being initiatives through indicators, participation rates, and employee feedback. Coordinate processes with human talent areas, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (SG-SST), and external providers, supporting comprehensive management of the area. · Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in office software tools. · Professional Competencies: Creativity.
