Job Summary: We are seeking a psychologist to manage the full selection cycle—from job posting to selection reports—with an emphasis on organizational culture. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the entire personnel selection cycle 2. Responsible for executing search and evaluation processes 3. Focus on onboarding candidates aligned with company culture A psychologist with a minimum of three years’ certified experience in large-scale selection processes is required, along with strong teamwork skills, achievement orientation, attention to detail, knowledge of individual interview techniques, competency-based interviews, administration and interpretation of psychometric tests, proficient use of Microsoft Office suite, and familiarity with HR metrics. The candidate will be responsible for executing search, evaluation, and selection processes aligned with organizational culture, aiming to onboard suitable operational and administrative profiles. Main Responsibilities: Manage the full selection cycle—from job posting, recruitment, candidate scheduling, competency-based interviews, administration and interpretation of tests, to selection reports. Manage job portals. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
