The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support via phone, email, and chat; diagnosing hardware and software faults; assisting with equipment and network configuration and maintenance; and logging incidents in the ticketing system. Customer orientation, assertive communication, teamwork, and analytical ability to resolve technological issues are required.
