




Job Summary: We are seeking a person passionate about customer service, with conversational English skills and the ability to handle front desk operations and guest assistance at a luxury serviced apartment. Problem resolution and assertive communication with guests We are about to open our new boutique branch in Provenza! We are a group of luxury tourism accommodations operating as serviced apartments, and we are looking for the ideal candidate who enjoys customer service, possesses conversational English skills, and is willing to work rotating shifts. Responsibilities: - Register and monitor guest check-in and check-out. - Inform guests about local tourist attractions and hotel services. - Maintain up-to-date records of guest registrations, requests, accounts, receipts, vouchers, reservations, available and assigned room inventory—using either manual or computerized systems. - Assist guests with their requests, complaints, claims, and suggestions; respond to requests related to cleaning and maintenance services. - Present and verify guest account and credit statements, and process payments via computerized or manual systems. - Continuously update the hotel’s customer and supplier database. - Sell, reserve, and provide information on accommodation availability and services. - Assign rooms, issue keys, and accommodate room change requests from guests. - Perform related duties.
