Distribution Coordinator A leading retail company featuring well-known brands such as Americanino, Chevignon, Esprit, American Eagle, Rifle, G-Star Raw, Mango, Naf Naf, among others, requires a Distribution Coordinator to join its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and controlling picking, storage, destelling, and dispatch activities in accordance with scheduling guidelines and organizational policies, promoting a positive work environment and ensuring proper resource utilization and product integrity, thereby supporting the CEDI’s commitments and value proposition. Key responsibilities include: * Ensure daily compliance with the scheduling plan through the team, monitoring progress and operational efficiency—including employee performance—using relevant indicators and tools. * Coordinate and ensure correct execution of processes including storage, picking, dispatch, returns, and PTL; perform necessary tasks to ensure smooth CEDI operations. * Propose and implement improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and enhancing working conditions for the entire team. * Ensure correct application of WMS system-managed processes. * Manage personnel under supervision and foster a positive work environment within the team. * Ensure execution of cyclic inventories. * Ensure proper use of CEDI equipment and tools.
