We seek a proactive individual with a willingness to learn, service orientation, and basic technical support skills. Main Responsibilities Provide support in addressing basic technical support requests from various departments within the company. Perform installation, configuration, and updating of authorized computer equipment and software. Support basic preventive and corrective maintenance of technological equipment. Track incidents related to systems and connectivity. Support procurement management and inventory control of equipment and accessories. Provide support for printer and network operations. Assist in creating and updating users, access rights, and permissions. Support backup and data recovery processes. Document technical incidents and activities performed. Support general activities of the technology department. Requirements Technical or technological student in Systems, Technical Support, Computer Science, or related fields. Must have institutional approval to begin the productive training stage (apprenticeship contract). Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance, networking, or technical support. Basic proficiency in office productivity tools. Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
