Job Summary: We are seeking an Electronic Engineer with specialization in Project Management to lead, plan, and execute a large-scale electronic security project. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the comprehensive execution of electronic security projects. 2. Supervise the implementation of network and storage infrastructure. 3. Coordinate technical teams, contractors, and suppliers. Position Objective: We seek an Electronic Engineer with specialization in Project Management to lead, plan, and execute a large-scale electronic security project. You will be responsible for ensuring proper installation, configuration, and commissioning of security and IT infrastructure, meeting schedules, budgets, and high-quality standards. Main Responsibilities Lead the comprehensive execution of the project, including installation and configuration of over 340 security cameras, X-ray machines, and metal detectors. Supervise the implementation of network and storage infrastructure Plan, control, and execute the project schedule and budget using agile or traditional methodologies (PMBOK). Coordinate and direct technical teams, contractors, and suppliers involved in the project. Prepare periodic progress reports, risk management documentation, and performance indicators (KPIs) for management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industrial safety and occupational health regulations during installations. Lead system functional testing (commissioning) and final delivery to the client. Profile Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or related field. Postgraduate: Completed specialization or master’s degree in Project Management. (PMP or Scrum Master certification is desirable). Experience: Minimum [3 to 5] years of verifiable experience managing technology, network infrastructure, or electronic security projects (CCTV, access control, detection, etc.). Required Technical Knowledge: * IP-based Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems. Non-intrusive inspection equipment (X-ray machines and metal detectors). IT infrastructure (configuration of switches, servers, and workstations). Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira, etc.). Competencies and Skills Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.
